  • Plagiarism Policy

Respecting intellectual property rights stands as a fundamental value within the SAP's Codes of Ethics. Plagiarism, which involves misrepresenting ideas, words, computer code, or other creative works as one's own, violates these ethical principles unequivocally. It can also constitute a breach of copyright law, subject to legal penalties. Plagiarism takes various forms, including direct copying, close paraphrasing, or improper citation of another author's work. Self-plagiarism, the reuse of significant portions of one's own copyrighted material without proper citation, is also addressed here. The journal employs Turnitin software to detect plagiarism, reinforcing its commitment to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity.

    Peer Review
The journal utilizes a double-blind review process, ensuring anonymity for both authors and reviewers. Following an initial evaluation by the editor to assess suitability, submissions meeting the criteria are forwarded to at least two independent expert reviewers for thorough evaluation of scientific quality. Ultimately, the Editor holds the authority to make the final decision on acceptance or rejection of articles, which is binding. Authors whose papers are rejected are kindly requested not to submit modified versions for reconsideration, as they will not be reviewed for publication.

    Ethical Principles

    Authors:
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted articles meet the standards of academic contribution. Originality and research-based content are imperative. Co-authors listed must have made genuine contributions to the research. It is unethical to include individuals who have not contributed academically as co-authors or to prioritize co-authors based on non-academic criteria such as title, age, or gender. Citations and references should be thorough and accurate.

    Referees:
Referees play a crucial role in determining the academic quality of articles for publication and should approach their evaluation with this awareness. They should only review articles within their area of expertise and commit to maintaining confidentiality in double-blind peer review. Referees should ensure the confidentiality of article details at all times.

    Editorial Board:
Editors are tasked with assessing articles that align with the journal's scope for potential contribution to the field. They must avoid conflicts of interest with accepted or rejected articles and refrain from exploiting them for personal gain.
